“I LOVE the fabrics of the sleeveless golf polos that I have purchased. They come in beautiful colors and feel soft, silky and very cool in the heat of SW Florida's summer.
Once I figured out what size I actually need, I found the fit to be perfect. But to be clear, these tops run SMALL. I initially ordered a medium top because my Jofit medium tops are slightly large on me. But the medium Dona Jo was ridiculously small. Because Dona Jo would not refund my money but would only provide me with store credit or an exchange, I exchanged the medium top for a large top. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it fits perfectly, so I promptly ordered two more identical large tops in different colors.
That brings me to a customer service issue. When I ordered the initial medium top, it was a sale item and I paid a small extra charge for returns. It was not clearly disclosed that a return would be accepted only for store credit or an exchange. Candidly, I purchase golf apparel online from a number of different shops, and this is the first time I've run into this kind of policy. I understand from the retailer's perspective that they don't want to be stuck with discontinued items, but from the customer's perspective it makes Dona Jo an outlier compared to other manufacturers and e-tailers. Did it deter me from purchasing 2 more identical tops (albeit in different colors) from Dona Jo? No. Does it make it less likely that I will buy any other item from Dona Jo? Yes.”
“I love my skirt! Fits well and I love the color! The only thing is it took almost 2 months before I received it. I did complete a form online to custumer service and they responsed quickley. I received my skirt two weeks after I completed the form.”

The other thing was I just want my money back and they didn’t give me the option they only give me the option for a credit. And I don’t know how I can use it when the clothing isn’t true to size.”

“The skirt is beautiful. The fabric is a vibrant color and the skirt is well made. My only issue is the 9 weeks it took to deliver it while during that time, receiving promotional texts and emails multiple times per day. The slow delivery is a common issue with this company. I've unsubscribed to all promotions.”
