“My order has been partially fulfilled, I received the Linus sandal and am very happy with the sandal however I have not received any response from my 2 emails re the other item in my order that I have not received but continues to show being in stock online.”
“Ordered 2 skirts, got 1 charged for 2. Find out one of the skirts was a”preorder”. I asked the purchase, second email to them, they reimbursed me for the Preorder skirt.
I had no clue the skirt was a “preorder” item but I am happy they gave me my money back.”
“I had bought the Shakira shirt "Fernora". WHen I washed it, some of the black short color has faded into the skirt making it a bit darker. Also the skirt has shrunk so it is shorter than the shorts. I have several Shakira skirts from Donajo and this has never happened.”
“Day Glow tanks are my favorite of all your items. I hate to see it phased out. I have people stopping everday I wear one asking where I bought it. I have several in all colors. This last order was a little disappointing. The fabric was not as good and as well made as the previous ones I bought in the past. I am guessing it has to do with tariffs, etc...”
“I ordered four skirts, but have only received two. Donajo has changed the fabric of their skirts. Instead of being soft and silky, they are rough and don’t lay very well.”
“Placed an order online and didn’t receive my order for almost 4 weeks. After two weeks I had to wire to Donajo asking about my order. Their response was they had a big sale. The fact I had to communicate with them was disappointing. No compensation or apology. Very disappointed in your company. I have been a customer for five years but they had come to an end.”

“Took almost 3 months to receive. Never notified it was on back order until I called to find out how much longer. Way way to small and I'm a regular medium with other skorts and/or clothing. I returned it which was simple but ......

“I am disappointed in the sizing of the skort. I used the size guide which indicated a Medium. That is also my size for all clothing. When it arrived, it is WAY tight. I checked about returning it, but my only option was to get credit since it was on sale. I couldn’t find any option to exchange for a Large.
Additionally I ordered the skort in early March. It was finally delivered in early April. I had to reach out to the company about my order. They responded that they were having production issues……wouldn’t it have been good customer service for them to update me rather than I having to inquire?
The quality of the skort seems good but I’ll not order from them again.”
“Love love love the skorts! I use them for running and just love that they don't ride up, have hidden side pockets, and look cute so you can run an errand in them without looking like you just came from the gym or running trail. They wash so well...I still have and wear a few Jojo skirts that I got about 10 years ago. The "stretch" is a good as it was the day I received them. Just wash and hang to dry. I get compliments every time I wear these. The patterns are phenomenal.”
“I purchased a skort and the product was GREAT as usual. All Dona Jo products are better than anything you can buy. However there is NO customer service.
I sent three msgs advising if the skirt didn’t ship by a certain time frame (as the order took quite a long time ) I would no longer be at the address I provided and I would not be there to accept it. Needless to say never got a response ever. Fortunately it came in time before I left the area. It took approximately 3 weeks to receive. Not sure I would order directly from them again.”
