“I have bought several Dona Jo skirts. They are well made and I love the material used. However, this time I ordered 2 skirts on April 26th and received one on the 9th of June and still haven't received the 2nd skirt. And it I'd now the 16th of June! Not happy about this!”

“Haven't purchased Donnajo in years. Because no need to purchase more tennis clothes always compliment on the product where's like iron great price point especially if you get it on sale perfect fit. I needed another white skirt ordered on sale love the skirt. You're skimping on the product I haven't changed sizes. I still weigh the same size small is now the size of an extra small when I put it up to my other skirts and compare them it's quite a bit of difference. It's not a small. Not that computer savvy tried to figure out how to return it. Was excited to get the white skirt on sale. It took a month to get here. I don't know how it was delivered. Had to wear it because I was in a tennis tournament. Really bummed I always get compliments on your product when I wear it at myvTennis Club but it's just not the same product prints aren't as great I always look, but that's why I haven't ordered”
“I ordered and bought clothing I thought was in stock but 5 weeks later it still hasn't shipped, with no update or indication when or if it will ever arrive. I have purchased Dona Jo clothing in the past and have been pleased. They have made some recent sizing and quality changes that have given me pause. Now with this mysterious arrival of my current Order I doubt I will ever buy online. I am active pickleball player in the south so there is a need for clothing but if you can't fill a order refund the customers money!”
“Products are very good. Return policy not customer friendly. Purchased item in size Medium which fit like a Small. It was obviously mismarked.
Returned for exchange. Now I have to pay double; once to receive new item, and then to return mismarked item. Based on this, I will not be ordering from Dona Jo in the future.”

“I am very disappointed in the skorts I've purchased...3! I'm usually a small/size 6-8. I squeezed into a small, ok reorder up. The medium was not cut much bigger than the small. I exchanged for a large. The large fits ok but again, it doesn't fit correctly. The shorts want to hike up and the waist is very uncomfortable. Now I'm stuck with 3 skorts that I choose not to wear bc when I run I want comfort not constriction.”

“The skort is high quality. I have multiple Dona Jo skorts I purchased several years ago in size 2 (when they came in 1, 2, and 3). I purchased the large this time, thinking that would correspond to the previous size 2. It is significantly more snug than my prior skorts that I still wear on a regular basis.”

I ordered the "on sale" tennis skirt, April 12 and did not receive until June 11… Two months!
After waiting all that time, the size M skirt did not fit.
Trying to return for a refund was not allowed, difficult and worthless.
My first purchase from Donajo was a waste of $35…
I will never order from them again.
Much better to order from Amazon and Cupshe type brands,
Receive in two days with full refund if not fitting or don't like…
