“This is a very cute skirted legging. The day it finally shipped it went on sale. I emailed customer service to see if they would price adjust since I hadn’t even received it yet. I didn’t get a response. Sadly it was not a wise choice as they’ve lost a potentially good customer.”
“I gave the company 3 stars because of their website and customer service. Sometimes I need to call by phone and there is no way to do this. Also, they run out of items iin Medium Size too often.
Their is no way to see under my Account, exactly what I have ordered, but is pending shipment. As a result, I have ordered duplicates of items and have to return at least one item. Backorders should be easy to find with photos of the items.
Also, there is no way to match tops with skirts except by going back and forth and guessing that there is at least one color match. The website should show tops tht will match the skirts and vice versa.
Dona Jo requires a better webmaster.”
“I recently ordered a skort from DonaJo. It was the first time I ordered from this company. Usually I purchase my skorts from Athleta, Title Nine or IBKUL. I always wear a medium. Once the skort fimally arrived, ( I pre-ordered it), I was shocked at the size of the waist on this skort. I ordered a medium and the waistband measure a small bit over 12", which would mean a circumference of 24". What company sells a size medium with a waist that small? And yes, I am aware the waistband stretches, but the skort was not even close to being a medium. I returned it. :(”
“The prints are gorgeous, the fabrics good quality and shipping is excellent BUT the sizing has gotten progressively smaller. In clothing I always wear a size small and the first skirt I ordered was a small and fit well. The next skirts were snug or uncomfortably tight. The last skirt i purchased was a medium and it fit like a small. I might add that I have not gained weight and in fact have lost three pounds. Given the fact that I am 4'9" that makes a difference. This is not my experience alone as my friends have commented on sizing problems as well.”
“Skirt, capri, and legging sizing works well for 5'10". Pleased with the fabric, all are well stitched and good fit. Where I take issue is with the tops: there is not garment sizing consistently in the descriptions. For lengths, every one I've tried is either barely to my waist or too short. At 70+, I need to cover middrift from sun exposure, not flash everyone. Please add garment details for all tops.”
“Love the brand…but will stick to the skorts. I had a pair of their leggings that I gave away and 2 of the endurance long sleeves tops . One is great, but the newest one is considerably different in the sizing and fit; will not buy any more of those. I will stick with buying the skorts, as I’m always happy with fit and great designs! I sure hope that doesn’t change🤔”
“I bought 2 pairs of leggings but they kept slipping down my legs. Also, for a tennis shop, they should have had “pockets” on the sides for balls. Liked the colors but in the future, I’ll get my leggings elsewhere.”
“I have bought three pair of the skirt leggings. Two full length and one crop. I love them! They are easy to wear for the gym, walks or just cleaning house! Quality is good and they wash well. I hang dry and they always turn out perfect.”
