“I love the Donajo skirted Capri. I wish you had MORE colorful ones with matching capri, not colored skirt with black capri. You used to make them and I have 2 that are getting a little worn. The fabric is so nice and thin it works GREAT in the hot humid climates!!”
“I was never notified that my skort was going to be BO. After 2 weeks I emailed the company and then was told it was BO but they didn’t know when it would be available to ship. I had to select a different skorts because I couldn’t wait any longer. The first time I ordered a skorts it also took 2 weeks to ship.”
“I ordered 2 skorts from Dona Jo. I normally wear a S but ordered a M in case they ran small. One skort did arrive and was extremely small. I would have had to order a L or XL to fit me! I chose to return instead. This company doesn't provide free returns or exchanges. I had to pay to return the tiny skort. Since the other skort hadn't shipped yet, I asked to change it to a L. After many weeks, it never arrived so I cancelled the order. I didn't want to have to pay for another return. I would not recommend ordering from this company.”
“I placed my order on March 28 and received part of the order April 6 … and today is April 14th and I still haven’t heard anything about the remainder of the order… Nothing.
So how am I to review when I don’t have the clothes and I don’t even know when the items are showing up.
Sadly, in this day and age, we are all accustomed to the speed and the excellent communication that Amazon gives us. Can’t say that I would order from this website again.”
“I had bought 2 tanks awhile back. Although I expected the two I ordered to be the same, the fit was different. Skimpier around breast area, a bit shorter. Disappointed the fit was not the same as before.”
“The product itself is good BUT receiving your order is a nightmare! On every order, there has been a delay….if I didn’t follow up after a couple of weeks I would never know the status. If the product is not available, or there are problems with manufacturing, it should NOT be available to purchase. Additionally, not letting the customer know there are issues BEFORE they purchase is wrong. I would suggest reviewing this issue that has been ongoing & make the needed adjustments to your ordering process.”
“Love the products but the shipping sucks! Took 17 days to get my order to USPS facility, 4 days for them to deliver it. I was supposed to receive it 3 days before my trip but it didn’t arrive. And only one of 2 skirts apparently got delivered. I have no idea where the other one is because I’m on my pickleball trip without my 2 new skirts!”
“I love the pattern of my tennis skirt but the sizing is all wrong…. I am always a small or an extra small (depending on the company) but the skirt finally arrived and is very tight around the waist. I don’t want t the hassle of returning so I just hope it stretches out.”
