“I purchased the jojo short and a jojo skirt. Love the skirt but not the short. The material too thin for me. I returned the short on April 25th and paid the difference for the exchange to another jojo skirt on May 17th. I have not received the skirt and it is now June 6th. My last two emails have not been answered. I would like the skirt but at this point I would appreciate a full refund!! I am at a loss on how to proceed.”
