“Cute skirt. I ordered it and it arrived within 7 days. Only thing is size 2 for up to size 16 was too tight for me, a normal size 14. As per company instructions, I was to email them and they would email me a return label within 48 to exchange. It’s been 7 days and no reply. I emailed again and no response. I’ve called all phone numbers and all mail boxes are full. I’ve facebooked messaged them and no response. I’ve commented on social media posts and no response. I would just mail them back and pay for the shipping but I’m scared that a refund will not get processed with how things are going.”
