“I will be honest, the skirts themselves are of great quality. However, the company apparently is growing so rapidly they forget about their customers who have actually put money into a purchase. I ordered two skirts and when I tried them on, they did not fit true to size. I emailed them about an exchange, as they allow that. It took them a few weeks to even reply. Finally, they sent me a return label. I shipped them back the next day. We are now going on two weeks and I still don't even have a tracking number for the replacements. This is very disappointing as they very rarely respond to any emails to begin with. I will absolutely update this review if I actually get my replacements skirts. I hate to be the person leaving a negative review, but at some point there should be a warning to other potential buyers.”
