“I purchased 3 skirts approximately 11/24 for Christmas present. I found that they were too big immediately after Christmas. I requested to return them. I already owned the size 1 in one of the skirts and I do not like the colors in the other 2 and they are too big. You said it took you a couple of days to respond because you were busy and holidays. You said because you are a small business you can only offer credit. I replied that I do not see that I will be ordering anything from you and I have returned in a very quick time. You have not bothered to even respond or acknowledge my return or request for a refund. You continue to disappoint me in Your poor business practices.
