“Where the bottom of the skirt is connected to the pleated area, it looks like a walking foot was not used to sew & connect.
As someone who sews, I can tell that the stretch of the material made that area pucker instead of laying flat at the seams.
Because the colors are solid instead of printed, you can really notice the puckering of that area.
I bought 2 solid colors, same for both.”
