“I always wear a small. Based on their size chart I ordered a Medium (1.5) just to be safe...better to be a bit bigger than too small. Am returning the 1.5 ordered. Love the colors and pattern but the waist has a LOT of give (no problem), but, the hips and thighs are too tight. I am 5'4" and 117-120 lbs.”
