“This company is very difficult to communicate with. I wanted to exchange a skirt and could never reach them by email - there is no phone number to call. I ended up returning the skirt without the option of selecting that the return be credited to my original payment and now have a store credit which I'll never use.
The skirts do not fit me correctly regardless of the size and style. I have tried 3 styles in both a medium and large. I think that the skirts are made for an ectomorph body type.
I would not recommend buying from this company!”
“I truly love this skort's design and pattern. My only problem is the length of the shorts. The 3" length is too short. The 5-inch length on the ultimate skirt is perfect. Please consider a longer length for the shorts. Unfortunately, I will be returning it.”
“This review is of all Dona Jo products. They’re all lovely…beautiful colors, nice designs, however they are not true to size. Your size chart is waaay off. My committee chose this company for our team uniforms and now we have some larger ladies who cannot find a fit. I wear a size 8 shorts but had to buy a Size 2 (L) in a skirt. Everything is great with your company…just fix the size chart.”
