“Let's cut to the money shot: If you're looking for athletic wear that puts the fun in functional, then shop around no longer once you've discovered Dona Jo, because you've come to the right place! My festive "Pied" JoJo Skirt 2.0 is so stylish and so flattering to my far-from-ideal figure, it even scored compliments on my Facebook page when I posted a video that showed me wearing it during a qualifying agility run with my dog at the most recent local trial. It's the most comfortable, practical, and fashion-forward skort I own — and I own quite a few.

I love wearing skorts for agility trials. For me, they're the equivalent of the breeches and boots I wore when showing horses: functional and practical, yet a step up in style and elegance from my everyday cargo shorts and athletic pants. But finding a skort that combines function and fashion was a major challenge until I discovered Dona Jo!
My "Pied" JoJo Skirt 2.0 made its debut as my "Sunday best" on the 3rd day of a recent AKC trial, and it was by far my favorite of the 3 skorts I wore for that trial. Its wide, stretchy waistband stayed perfectly in place all day, while the deep side pockets on the interior shorts held my phone, course maps, schedule, and worker bucks securely while keeping them conveniently at my fingertips. To top it all off, the festive, colorful print made me feel extra spiffy.
I'm currently above my ideal weight, so I was thrilled to find that the JoJo Skirt 2.0 not only accommodates my excess tummy but also flatters my overly bootylicious figure with its stylin' pleats around the lower ⅓ or so of the skirt. My dog-themed T-shirt came down to just above the pleats, making me look and (more importantly feel) slimmer. That alone makes the JoJo Skirt 2.0 a miracle garment in my wardrobe!
I've scoured eBay and the internet for skorts, and most of them just don't work for running agility, nor are they particularly stylish or fun. Either they're not a cut and/or fabric that lends itself to athletic endeavor, or they lack pockets, or both, and most only come in solid colors, which gets boring after awhile.
By contrast, Dona Jo's skorts score the trifecta with suitably stretchy fabric, the right kind of pockets, and a plethora of festive prints from which to choose, not to mention several different models. I've already ordered one of the new skirts-plus-capri-leggings, and I'll be back again for more!”
