Upon opening the package, I scrutinized my skirt. Superior construction, no doubt, plus a well-engineered design for the task.
I wear size 4 to 6 jeans and shorts (more 6), so I ordered DonaJo’s size 1 (for women sized 0 to 8).
The built-in booty shorts have the perfect inseam length to prevent chub-rub and are made of a distinct fabric for hold and support.
The overall design would be flattering to any figure, and who wouldn’t welcome a few well-placed pleats.
On its inaugural run, I chose the toughest conditions to test whether this skirt was right for me: just after sunrise, at the ocean, on a hot, humid Florida summer morning.
The skirt and shorts are lightweight and oh-so breathable, and the garment did not budge an inch during my run!
The flat-sewn seams are perfectly placed so no chafing or rubbing occurs, and the skirt looks great, mile after mile.
