“Sadly, after years of purchasing and supporting Dona Jo, I will never do so again. After begging customer service to file a claim for a lost/undelivered package - they refused to do so.
USPS has repeatedly directed me back to Dona Jo (as sender) to resolve.
Beware - unlike most legitimate sellers, they will not honor lost parcel.”
