“I usually make my own tennis clothes, but bought this skirt because our team wanted to use it for the upcoming league season. The waist band has no elastic and lacks support. The fabric that the shorts are made of is not four way stretch and feels binding and scratchy. This is my first Donna Jo skirt and I probably would not buy another one based on the poor quality of the fabrics and construction. I am planning on adding elastic to the waistband, removing the black shorts and wearing my own bike shorts underneath the skirt. I can make a tennis dress for $20 so $68 for a skirt of this quality is ridiculous.”
“DonaJo is hands down my favorite skirt brand for tennis attire. The Soar Skirt provides great coverage without being too long (I’m 5’10) and stays in place well while running all over the court. The Serene color is absolutely gorgeous!”
“Loved the fabric and splash of colors! I was disappointed to try on my new skirt and find that it runs short in the body - not the length of the skirt. It didn’t even come up to my waist. I like my skirts to have a wide band to help with a few bulges that shouldn’t be there. So sad I have to return it.”
“Like all my Dona Jo Skorts (I have 4 now) the little swish of color is so fun and cool. Comfortable, too - I wear these for hiking, tennis and Pickleball. And I wear them out on warm evenings.”
