Most brands offer team discounts, but DonaJo does not, so we were happy to catch a sale. However, when we tried to return we were informed there is no refund, only store credit since we bought during a sales time before Christmas. I have bought from them before and never had a problem returning so didn't read the refund faqs since I knew they refunded before. Now the skirts are still the same price but they make Free Shipping and Easy Returns prominant on their website. Meanwhile, we have a team of ladies with lots of "store credit". The company definitely soured an entire team of future purchasers. Too bad, doesn't seem like smart business. Plus when emailing them asking for a phone number, I'm told they don't have phone customer service!”
