“Well, this order has been a long journey. I originally ordered the flirty skirt in rainbow after ordering another skirt a week prior (which arrived in less than a week). After a few days, the Shop app DJ recommends you download stated that the skirt had not shipped yet. Naturally, I was a little concerned given how quickly my other order arrived. I finally reached out to them. They said they had over sold the flirt skirt in the rainbow pattern and the company they use the material for no longer would make it. They recommended I find another skirt and could swap the two. Within an hour of that email, I responded stating I still wanted the rainbow print but in the Court style. I didn’t get a response until several days later after and not until I had emailed them twice after. The skirt did not arrive until several days after that. While the issue was remedied, the communication could have been better.”
