You have GREAT tennis wear but how you handle orders is old fashioned. I have asked for someone to call me. Apparently that is not what you do. It is all email. I have been so mad at this order process that I needed and wanted to speak to someone. No go! I want to order more from your line when I return to Florida in November but quite frankly I am fuming!
Do the calculation. When did i place my order ? The skirt is about to be shipped TODAY. They finally found the package. This is nuts. Have a look at my emails back and forth.
I wanted a top to match. Was sent 8 variations. Totally confused by that. If I ordered with Amazon, they would regularly say “Customers who order THIS, often order THAT to match! I guess that is the new level of expectation. With FAST delivery too. This is most disappointing.
