“The background blue is royal blue, not the periwinkle blue you see on your screen. I do not mind bright colors so I am keeping it. "Fly" has every color in it so it goes with everything. The top waistband does not stay up; I buy fold over elastic and make a casing at the top of the skirt by folding over the top and sewing the elastic inside that. This skirt was tighter than my others in the legs. Great material, hangs great on the body, waistband still an issue.”
