“I love the material dona jo uses in its skirts. The ultimate is the most flattering for my body ( comparing the glide, par and ultimate). The legs are very tight but they stretch with use. My main issue is the waist band; a medium would probably be better for me but then the legs would be really tight. I solved it by turning over the waist at the top and sewing a pocket or slip for a fold over piece of elastic. It makes the skirt 5/8-3/4" shorter but the waist never slides down again. I have tried the regular elastic and for me, this type of elastic works the best. I own 6 skirts and have tried other ways of making the waist tighter and this has been my best solution.”
“I have been looking at this brand and love the prints. I have purchased other skorts from several other companies. The shorts under the Meraki skirt are , in this case , made for someone with twig legs.
Skirt print adorable, sadly, will have to cut the shorts out.”
