“I’m very disappointed with my experience with Donna Jo Skirts.
The first skirt I ordered was on backorder, and I understood that it would take longer to receive. However, it took almost two months to arrive. What was especially disappointing was that when I wanted to return it, I discovered that I could not receive a refund and was only offered store credit. Nowhere on the website, that I could find when placing my order, was it clearly stated that this item could not be returned for a refund. I found that very disappointing and frustrating.
The second skirt I ordered was not on backorder, yet it still took approximately a month and a half to arrive. There were no meaningful updates on the website, no useful tracking information, and the third-party tracking provided was essentially useless. I sent a couple of emails to Donna Jo customer service and received no response.
The sizing was also very inconsistent. The first skirt was the correct size, although I ultimately felt the fit wasn’t right. I exchanged it for another skirt in exactly the same size, but the measurements were completely different. The inconsistency in sizing made it very difficult to know what size to order.
To make matters worse, I still have not received the refund for the second skirt.
Overall, I expected a much better experience, especially considering the price of the skirts. The extremely long shipping times, lack of communication, unclear return policy, store-credit-only resolution, inconsistent sizing, and delayed refund have left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not order from Donna Jo Skirts again.”
“I love the color and style of this skirt. I am, however, a little disappointed in the materials. I have not purchased a skirt in several years, but my older skirts are a little heavier, and the shorts much more comfortable. The skirt is also fits a little smaller than my older skirts.”

“This is my first Dona Jo skirt. After hearing many speak highly about these products, I finally was able to visit their store and review the different fabrics. Love the style and the length. The skirt is great for evenings or just running around town. I look forward to the next purchase. Also, the Staff was very helpful with sizing, length and fabrics.
