“Very, very cute. Material is exceptional, soft, great print-colorful & cheerful- not gaudy, lots of stretch. The offset tiered ruffles are in front & back making this style incredibly flattering.
I ranked 4 stars instead of five because : 1) the "rise" is very short. 2) The waistband is too stretchy to keep up. Coupled with the short rise, I can forsee a "wardrobe malfunction". Regrettably, I have to return.”
