“I wanted the ruffles but this was very small and short for size 0-8. I am a size 4 and it is very small. Not only that but when I wanted to exchange the item, I am getting severe NO RESPONSE FROM customer service even though it had not been 30 days. This is completely irresponsible and rude of the owners to be so quiet after 6 emails and phone calls.”
