I ordered a size up and it’s still snug but doable… and I will keep because I will run into the same issue with a return. After reading several other reviews it appears that most items run very small. I am 5’6” and 173# for reference.”
“I love this skirt, I have it in black and polka dot, Super duper cute skirt, but like with some of the others, it runs super small. I am between a size 10/12 and I had to up to size 3 because the 2 was too tight in the hips. It's not just me, because I got this for a girlfriend who is a size 4 in normal sizes and the 1 was too tight for her and her tiny body. So just size up.
Again, wish the waist band was made with the same material as the shorts part because it does fold down. It's kinda flimsy for someone who has a bit of a belly.”
