“Although this is such a pretty and fun skirt, I thought based on the title that the skirt length would be 13.5". Sadly it was about 2" longer, making it too long on me, especially with flounce in back. I will be returning this but hope to find another skirt soon. I would suggest that the range of length size be noted in title description as otherwise it is very misleading.”
