The top waistband has just the right amount of elastic, so it holds your belly in, but not too much, so the skin above the skirt doesn't bulge out. This is perfect for going to pool parties or the beach, but I've also worn it out to go dancing. I got the black color, so it doesn't scream "daytime."”
