“I have been a long time Dona Jo customer. This was my 11th skirt. I wear either a size 1, or 2. I am "in between" sizes, so either works. However, this last skirt had size and quality issues. I have attempted several times to email a request for exchange with no response. I finally just mailed it back hoping it gets where it needs to go, as the post office said the address listed, is not valid. The quality of skirts has always been excellent. On one other occasion, I had a skirt come "smaller" than usual. This skirt also came, "smaller" ,in direct comparison to the skirts I have. The stitching was also poor. Waist band was puckered and crooked, as was the hemline. Being a loyal customer, I wanted to give Dona JO the benefit of the doubt, and just exchange for a new skirt, requesting a size 2, just to be safe. We'll see what happens. I love this company, but am disappointed that as it grows, some of what I loved about the company/product is suffering the growing pains. I hope they get a grip on it. You cannot be inaccessible to you customer's, and expect them to be return customers. Customer service and quality make or break a company, every time.”
