“Ashley Ferraro founder of the company, please read this. The classic is an awful fit. And I am apalled at your customer service. I had to pay postage to return the skirt. I’ve asked for a call back several times by email and tried calling the phone number you provide several times only to get a message that your voicemails full. Can’t leave a message and can’t speak with anyone. Even the return address I was given is messed up, as the post office says there is no suite number associated with your address. I believed all returns were free, not the case. And now I’m being left in limbo because the person who handles your emails is not returning my emails anymore. Had this been handled differently I probably would’ve bought many more skirts from you and told the many people I know who play pickle ball about your company. Now I’ll be sure to tell them about the horrible customer service I’ve received. I sure hope Ashley Ferraro receives this and picks up the phone and calls me. It has been a very difficult and disappointing process dealing with Dona Jo.”
