“I love the fabric, the skirt is just the right length. But, the first pair had a "soft" waist band, not enough to hold the pants up in fact. So I had a pal put in a nice 3 inch elastic inside the waistband, voila! Didn't fall down any more!
The 2nd pair I bought had an attempt to fix the fall down already in place. A very small elastic band with an annoying front center drawstring location. Pulled that out and put in propper wide elastic for a 2nd pair of wonderful skirted leggings.”
“These leggings are really cute - but the customer service is awful. I’ve been trying for 6 weeks to get two cross tanks exchanged. Finally I requested to return both for a refund and forget about it. Crickets. And no phone number to contact. I was looking for a “go to” sportswear company, but this is too much time, trouble and unresponsiveness.”

“I will not be purchasing from Dona Jo again. I loved the skirt I purchased and loved the fit. The skirted leggings literally fell off me. I am a size 14-16 and I ordered a size 2. If it had fit like the skirt I would have been fine, but it didn’t. I contacted the company about returning it and was told I was out of the 2 week window to return it. Let me also say, I ordered the skirted leggings on December 31, they didn’t ship till January 19. The first time it was cold enough to wear them I took the tags off (assuming they would fit like the skirt I own) and just walking around my house, they started to fall down! There is no way I could play tennis in them! Now, because I took the tags off and wore them for about 5 minutes around my house, I am stuck with leggings that are way too large. By the way, they took almost THREE WEEKS to ship my order and I was 1 day out of the 2 week window to return them. Never again!”
