“Excellent quality material. I live in skirted leggings, but the ones I own are over 5 years old . I’ve been looking for these. I live the pocket under the skirt. The fact the skirt is ruffled( full), hides the phone & keeps it flattering. I like it. The price is up there- but on sale makes it reasonable.”
