“I saw these on a fellow pickleball player and thought they were so cute, I found the dona jo website and ordered some. But when I tried mine on, they were way too short for me -- even with the leggings. I'm trying to return them but have not been "approved" for a return yet. . . . .”
“Upon receipt of my order, I was impressed with the style and quality of the skirted leggings. However, I realized that I may have done better to order one size smaller. When ordering online at other retailers, I’ve often accomplished comparative fitting, similar to the fitting room experience you can get in a store, by placing a second order for the alternative size, trying both items on together, and then deciding which item to keep and which to return. But, after placing a second order, I learned that my Dona Jo purchases were considered to be non-refundable due to the discounts applied to the sales. Thus, I was informed that I would only get a store credit versus a refund for whichever item I returned. I am disappointed that I couldn’t effectuate an even exchange after trying on both items comparatively and returning one for a refund. While I likely would have made additional purchases over time, I would have appreciated some understanding and flexibility/accommodation in this instance so I could find my best fit and end with only one purchase for the time being. Instead, the company only offered to cancel my second purchase and have me send the first purchase back for an exchange for a lower size, which I am not certain will fit me better.”
