“Buying on-line is stressful enough without having to deal with poor customer service. I read on-line if the fit doesn’t work, DJ would exchange and send a label. I’ve tried repeatedly to get someone to contact me so I can exchange a top. The skirt fit great, but I need the matching top!”
“The top is very comfortable, wears well and looks great with their skirts. I find the sizing is inconsistent in the tops and skirts even if you follow the company size chart. The tank top 1.5 (M) top measures 18" from side to side. The 1.5 (M) polo shirt measures 15" side to side, in a very fitted style. I had similar issues with the skirts. Fortunately, the return/exchange process is very easy.”
