“Placed my order Dec 15th. Product didn��t arrive. Communication slow to respond. Was told they would send another pair 2 weeks ago. Nothing. I��m speculating they got backed up with Christmas orders or oversold their inventory and are lying to customers to string them along to get them to wait.”
