“My glasses came in bent. Both in the frame and temple arms. I took them to two professional eyeglass shops, who used their steam machines and attempted to reform the glasses to properly fit my face. Neither shop as able to get the proper fit and glasses fit crooked on my face. Up and down from the temple arms and also side to side because of the crooked frame. I paid each employee $10 for assisting me. I provided a photo of the problem and asked to exchange the glasses. Customer service told me to use a hair dryer to fix it. Horrible. Now I'm out the cost of my glasses and the $20 I paid to try and get them fixed.”
