“This is the 3rd set of the same wefts that I have purchased over the past 2 years, the first set was amazing but the second was awful. The second set had a smell to them the whole time (used the same hair care routine as before) and the quality was awful, nothing like the first set. It shedded and became thin quick. So, I was given a $50 gift card from your company to put towards my 3rd set, which I debated on using, but I wanted to give the product one last try. With that being said, im almost a month into the new set and I am confident when I say I wont be purchasing a 4th set regardless. I have no idea what the company is doing different when making these wefts, but I can tell a huge difference. I am also annoyed right now that I am trying to give the product a poor rating and its automatically set at a higher rate and wont let me change it. BAD BUISNESS.”
