“I can’t say I wouldn’t recommend DB extensions , but this time I had a little hiccup
The extensions are the exact same as a previous order and for some reason even with 4 wefts stacked the volume wasn’t there
At first I thought my stylist did only 2 wefts because of what she cut and gave back to me and I thought my extensions were shorter than 33 “ long . And so I called DB and each stylist had to check the length of their extensions since no one knew what I was talking about. It was really confusing . So then after asking my stylist again she confirmed two wefts were folded with the folded end outside and that’s what she cut off , so she basically did 4 wefts and normally I do 3 wefts and it’s very full after shampooing
So that’s what started the confusion. But then I realized it was the hair not expanding after the shampooing , which has to do with the treatment that the ext get so they are able to be packaged . So I called DB and was asked this and that , now mind you I’ve had ext for over 20 years so I know the ins and outs
So I didn’t want to argue and did a clarifying shampoo which I didn’t do because I didn’t need to do it before and the hair was fine , this time with 4 wefts it should’ve been fuller from the start . So I didn’t say anything but did do the clarifying shampoo and it’s not much of a difference. So at this point they want me to remove the hair that’s in my head and return it with the rest of the un used hair , that’s just ridiculous , Not even Glam Seamless asked of that when I had an issue. They refunded and after several times their hair quality went so I just stopped ordering and I may have to stop with DB also . Unless the next batch is ok , but I won’t know till Dec . They did give a discount code and I may use it or maybe I’ll search for another brand . Their prices went up too and then this happened so it’s left a sour taste

“I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have been a hairdresser for 19 years and have used many different brands of extensions. The product is described as “dark brown “ and when I received them they were extremely red/auburn.
When I called the customer service line, they stated that their products are more “warm”.
I wasted my time and money on something that I did not order. I wasn’t even reimbursed for the shipping. I paid 15$ for early shipping and had to spend 15$ to send them back. Even the ratings below will not allow me to give a “poor” response, it automatically gives a better rating than I chose.”
