“My first purchase of this hair was amazing (my salon purchases the hair and I pay the salon). I had a blonde shade and this time I got the darkest brown. I had my blonde shade for over a year with no issues and Iabsolutely loved my extensions and didn’t want to live without them. Now I just want to rip them out. This hair immediately gave me problems the first week and I spent so much on this hair and waited months for this color to restock. It basically was fantastic the first day and went downhill from there. It is terribly dry, frizzy, and unmanageable. I can’t even have the hair unbraided for a few hours without extensive knots. I use the best of the best products and it’s such a shame the products are not consistent. As I’m sitting in the couch currently it’s just knotting up. I can’t imagine how summer will be, being outdoors with this hair. I will be removing this hair.”
