“I have made multiple attempts within the past two weeks to make a return/exchange because the color of this hair is not accurate as what it shows on the photo. No one has contacted me back and I need to get this hair returned so I can exchange it out for a different hair color within the return policy timeframe and BEFORE my hair appointment. I’ve never had an issue with Donna Bella in the past, but I am not pleased with the lack of customer service and the color of the hair does not match the image.”
