“I have now ordered 2 different bundles of this hair and both times the color turned red/pink where the lowlights are. The first time it happened I had been in a pool and thought maybe the chlorine had touched the hair even though I had it up and pinned to avoid getting it wet. I bought new hair (over $600 spent) and the same thing happened to the color. It turned this reddish pink color, which is fine but no longer matches my hair or the hair color that the extensions came as. I’ve been ordering from this site for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue.”
