One of the most important factors when customers are paying hundreds of dollars for extensions is longevity and minimal tangling.
Unfortunately, tangling has been a consistent issue with these extensions, and the overall consistency of the hair does not reflect a premium product.
Prior to receiving the extensions, I had reached out as an influencer to explore a potential collaboration. However, after actually receiving and using the product, I would not feel comfortable promoting or positively reviewing these extensions on any of my social media platforms. If anything, I believe it would only be appropriate to share an honest review based on my real experience.
Additionally, the presentation and packaging were extremely disappointing. For a company charging premium prices for what is marketed as human hair, receiving the product in a simple plastic fold-over packet feels careless and unprofessional. Packaging is part of the customer experience, and in this case, it reflects a company cutting corners rather than delivering a luxury product.
Overall, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the extensions and the presentation. For the price point, customers should expect better hair quality, less tangling, and packaging that aligns with a premium brand.
Also, the rating scale provided did not allow me to select the lowest option. The system defaulted my overall rating to a neutral selection, which does not accurately reflect my experience. For transparency, my actual assessment would be poor for both unboxing quality and overall value.”
