“This hair is not 100% human hair after I spent 700$ and got them installed the hair felt so cheap and very dry ! I decided to do a keratin treatment to make the hair more relaxed and smooth! One wash hair were back to freezy curls ! Last solution take out the curl with perm remover ! The entire hair were dissolved disappeared!!! Real Human hair would not dissolve ! Customer service will tell you hair has been processed nothing they can do!! Now I spent more than 1000$ and have no more hair !! Thanks a lot for selling plastic hair and wouldn’t even work with me or give me a partial refund! Very unprofessional and inaccurate product!”
