“Sent dirty, curled, used hair, it had product in it, and was thin and raggedy with split ends and frizz. The first one sent had a broken band, the second one they sent was used. They refunded the cost but not the shipping expense. 10/10 would not recommend, poor customer service, and disappointing quality and hygiene.”
