“I had a package missing on february 17th , it’s now the 27th & my issue still hasn’t been resolved. i had route protection as well. ($430 package) just gone, & having issues getting my replacement. It’s frustrating because my hairstylist books a while out & i now won’t have the hair to take to her to put in & will have to reschedule. I just wish i had answers on when I will be getting a replacement”
