“I have ordered a lot of hair from Donna Bella and would normally give a 5 star rating. I'm not sure if they changed their product or I received a bad batch of hair this time, but the hair quality was definitely not the same. It was much thinner and the hair smelled of strong chemical. A few of the strands also matted within the first week of wear. I purchased for the Black Friday event so perhaps the quality was compromised for the event.”
