“Love the hair, but really really would love if I could get the whitest ash blonde which is now 12n I believe in the ITIP! You offer in almost every method but Itip. I have to purchase from your competitors when I need that white ash blonde. Which is my most requested color!
The packaging is not a favorite. Hair comes folded in half with a crease down the middle.”

Thank you for the review!. We hear you on wanting the whitest ash blonde in ITIP (12N) and understand it’s your most requested shade. At the moment, ITIP shades vary by color line, and 12N isn’t available in ITIP. We’ll pass your request to the product team for consideration.
We’re also sorry the packaging produced a crease. We’ll relay this feedback to our packing team to improve the presentation.

“I have split colored hair, black and blonde. I purchased two packs of each color, 4 packs total for added length. I have extremely choppy and layered hair and these were purrrrfect! The blonde matched and so did the black. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and did my own install with these i-links. Took about 4 hours. The quality is amazing and the added length blends flawlessly!!!
