“I really wish you would come up with a TRUE white ash blonde. These are still so yellow and difficult to tone. I love that you have made them thicker, but really really need to make a true WHITE ash blonde color.
The packaging comes with the extensions literally folded in half so a crease occurs. I'm not fond of that.”

“It was not white ash blonde at all not even close to it. This hair was the color of a banana! So yellow, I had to tone all of the hair to get even some of it out. I was so unhappy with it. I don’t even know if I could return it, but I didn’t have time because I needed it. It took a week to get there just to find out it was a completely wrong color.”
