“I was apprehensive when purchasing the blond ombre. Most common issue usually is that it's great for 4 or 5 washes. Then the blond turns into a split end matted mess. These are NOT like that at all! They are soft and don't tangle. I've purchased a lot from Donna Bella and always have the best experience. I won't shop anywhere else.”

“I ordered 6 packs of these and they are SO thin!! All together it feels mayne the thickness of 3 packs (different branded hair) I’m very disappointed in the quality.
The color : oh goodness..they look like they were dipped dyed. Straight heavy lines a big no no to any professional who knows how to properly ombré. There is no soft transition at all but rather a BAM there’s your blonde. Very poorly done . Will never order from Donna Bella again. I’ve used the hair before in the past and had no problems but this, is just not acceptable.”
“I had the unfortunate experience of my last purchase getting lost somewhere in the delivery process. After 14 days and not receiving my order, I assumed I was out of luck due to it not being the company's fault. I called Donna Bella anyways just to vent my disappointment, and surprisingly the lady I spoke tracked the shipment and seen it was lost in transit and immediately reordered my items AND sent them next day delivery all free of charge!!
