“Have been using these extensions for over a year now. I had been used to superior quality from Donna Bella and have been happy to support this company. My last order however was a complete disaster. What a waste of money. Had them installed and immediately had to have them taken out. More wasted money. Im not sure if I can purchase again. Been waiting on a refund for the 6 packs that were short almost 1/4 of what I bought. Not including the weird tips, dried out hair with splits and the knots that were impossible to seperate the pieces.”
