Our #1 Jet Black and #2 Darkest Brown are two different shades—but we also offer a #1B, which is a blend between Jet Black and Darkest Brown. If there’s ever a mix-up or if the color just isn’t right, we totally understand! We do accept returns as long as the extensions are unused, still in the original binding/packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
