I placed the order with Donna Bella online Jan 19. For the first week I tracked the shipment moving from Utah to Carson City CA to San Fran, back to Carson City, up to Kent, WA, back to Carson City by Jan 23. THEN I called your company, spoke to 2 diff girls who told me the same story: It's now at the Int'l hub and cannot be tracked any longer. Called in again the next week but no one got back to me. Now I've just received tracking info this morning that it is in Chicago! It has taken nearly a month to make it to Chicago! And I am in Bermuda. And my hair appointment is today. So I am not happy. Why did my shipment get stuck on the west coast for so long? And why could I not track it along its journey? I can always track everything from here. I had to order from another company for hair appt today, but I want to see if your shipment ever makes it here and, if so, I will check the hair and let you know if I wish to keep it. If I do not care for the hair OR if it does not arrive in the next month, I will definitely request a refund. I would appreciate if someone could please explain why this is taking so long?”

I have never used Donna Bella extension hair before, and I was able to give my client (a regular color client) the most perfect color match just by looking at the photos online.
